Simply engage me in your home buying process and I will credit you $1,000 at closing to use as you wish!
SELLERS PAY COMMISSIONS. I OFFER 1.5% AND 1% LISTING FEES.
Seller fees are typically 6%. I have seen agents negotiate within the range of 4% to 7%. As a listing agent, I suggest offering a 3% commission to buyers agent so that buyer's agents are motivated to sell your home. The total commission would be 4.5% and 4%.

2% Fee includes buyer representation and full-service listing offering.
There are three conditions for which I will always discount my fees:
1) Multiple properties; if you are buying or selling multiple properties I will negotiate a reduced commission. That includes discounting the listing commission if I assist you in buying a home.
2) Properties over $500,000.
3) Short Sale and Foreclosure Properties. I will work with banks on the fees.
If you have found discounted fees elsewhere, please let me know so that I can consider whether I want to compete or not. You often get what you pay for!
