Real Estate Fees

BUYERS PAY NO COMMISSIONS OR FEES! I OFFER A $1,000 - $5,000 BUYER CREDIT AT CLOSING!

 Simply engage me in your home buying process and I will credit you $ at closing to use as you wish!

SELLERS PAY COMMISSIONS. I OFFER 50% OFF NORMAL 3% FEE. MY FEE IS 1.5%

Seller fees are typically 6%. I have seen agents negotiate within the range of 4% to 7%. As a listing agent, I suggest offering a 2.5% commission to buyers' agents so that buyer's agents are motivated to sell your home. The total commission would be 4%.

DISCOUNTS

There are three conditions for which I will always discount my fees:

1) Multiple properties; if you are buying or selling multiple properties I will negotiate a reduced commission. That includes discounting the listing commission if I assist you in buying a home.

2) Properties over $500,000.

3) Short Sale and Foreclosure Properties. I will work with banks on the fees.

If you have found discounted fees elsewhere, please let me know so that I can consider whether I want to compete or not. You often get what you pay for!
