Mission Statement
The basic premise which I use in business is based upon the idea that "What Goes Around, Comes Around". I believe and have experienced over and over, that as I am honest, energetic, effective and likeable, I will attract the same back to me.
Regional Familiarity
I have lived in the Phoenix area for 45+ years. I have resided in the East Valley for the past 32+ years. I am very familiar with the entire valley.
Previous Business Experience
I have experienced success in a variety of different business ventures. I am now enjoying success in Real Estate.
1982-1985 Owned and operated "Devin's Interiors". An interior design and furniture retail source.
1984-1985 Partnered in Roofing Contractor Business. Was in charge of marketing and sales.
1985-2000 Owned and operate New Hits Video with help of great managers and 9 employees.
1991-1996 Sales Associate for Tri-Stem Inc.. In charge of sales of utility auditing services to a 7 state territory in western United States. Clients consisted of Cities, Counties, States, and other large organizations.
Real Estate
I have served many clients and am enjoying my Real Estate career.
1996: Arizona Real Estate License
1997: Affiliated with Prudential Arizona Realty company.
1998: Joined the Keller Williams Team. Close over 5 Million Dollars in Real Estate in 1998. Among top 10 agents of 200 at the Keller Williams Realty Ahwatukee.
2000: Joined ReMax, a world recognized leader in Real Estate. Enjoyed their professional image and agent/client support systems.
2007: Joined Desert Dwellers Realty to facilitate leading edge web page offerings.
2009 to current: HomeSmart Real Estate
Education
1964 Graduated, Semi Valley Kindercare with honors in demolition.
1976 Graduated, Washington High School
1983 Graduated, top 1%, Arizona State University, Marketing.
Personal
Single father of 4 boys (28-38 yrs). Have interests in athletics and travel.
